That music is pretty distracting, maybe try using instrumental music instead? It’s hard to understand what you’re saying with other words from the song, and also the music is super loud. I was gonna try this workout but I don’t think I’ll be able to follow this video every time :/

the music was a bit too loud so hearing you wasn't easy sometimes. Maybe you could upload these videos without music? We can always play our own in the background. It is so important to do these things right, so we need to be able to hear the explanations properly.
Could you do more upper back workouts? My muscle mass is relatively low 🙁

This was so good! I love workouts like these. Lot of lifting in sets. Perfect when ur working crazy hours and can’t really do cardio or jump around.
